Coordinate the joint efforts of the National Network of State Committee for Family and Youth and other government agencies, dealing with children to discuss priority areas of development NGOs working for children, based on the outcome of the UN Special Session on Children "World Fit for children "represent a regional campaign," Do not disregard any child, to evolve a joint action plan to successfully implement the campaign in Ukraine.
