One
Minute Junior Workshop took place in Budapest (Hungary)
between the 26th and 30th of April. Young journalists
from the countries of Eastern Europe were invited to
participate in it. Three children from our media center
together with a coordinator, Bila Tatyana, also took part in
the workshop.
One Minute Junior Workshop was held in the framework of
TheOneMinutes video international competition for the best
one minute film.
During the whole workshop we were taught how to shoot
videos: how to handle a digital camera, how to edit the
video materials on the computer - and make professional
video! We were given an opportunity to express ourselves by
our one minutes. All by ourselves we decided what things or
problems we wanted to show, which actors to choose, where to
shoot the video etc.
All in all there were about
30 participants from different countries: Hungary, Bulgaria,
Romania, Moldova, Albania, Serbia & Montenegro, Bosnia
& Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovenia, Kosovo. There were
four digital cameras and two computers at our disposal, two
trainers to help as shoot and edit the one minutes and two
days of time.
We worked hard day and night, and as a result made 17 one
minutes, which will be represented in TheOneMinutes
competition for the best one minute video of the world.
