The recipe of happiness
"The one who wants to be happy, searches for means,
the one who doesn't - for reasons…"
In reality it is rather easy to be happy. Everything depends on you. Want to be happy? Be happy! No one can force you to do something you don't want to. It is always possible to change everything. You have a unique right - the right to choose:
- Love - instead of hate;
- Laugh - instead of tears;
- Good - instead of evil;
- Creation - instead of destruction;
- Life - instead of death;
- Happiness - instead of sadness.
It is people who persuade themselves that "oh, I'm so unhappy, nobody loves me…" And a human's mentality in reality just cannot perceive the part "NOT" or "UN-". Your mind can't understand what "Unhappiness" is without understanding first what "happiness" is.
What does it mean for you to be happy? If you through away the things with global meaning, you'll notice that even small trifles can bring joy. A good song, favorite color, small gifted souvenir… Besides, it is useful to eat sweets to raise your mood - they produce the hormones of happiness.
As you see, it is possible to find happiness anywhere. You just have to learn to be glad of everything that surrounds you, and meet every living being with a smile.
A person is born already happy. Count all the gifts the nature rewarded you with: you have eyes and you can see, you have an ability to hear, speak, move and think, you can love and give love to others - you are not alone…
No one can make you happy except for yourself. And the ones who don't believe these words can count themselves pessimists, because such people are not happy just because they don't want to be happy. For every "plus" they can find a "minus". And one has to remember that except for black there is white, always concentrate not on the problem, but on its solving.
I don't say you have to ignore the reality and all the bad things that happen.
You just have to smile to life, because then it will surely smile to you in return.
